All sales of original artwork are final. Dr.Meenakshi's Art Studio does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been accepted, except where a remedy is required by applicable law. Please review the artwork details, images, dimensions, price and shipping information carefully before ordering. If an artwork arrives visibly damaged, notify the studio promptly with photographs of the packaging and artwork so the matter can be reviewed with the carrier. A review of transit damage is not a general return or change-of-mind refund. Approved remedies, if legally or operationally required, will be communicated by the studio after verification.
